If you have any problems or are in any way unhappy with our products, please contact our sales team immediately. They will do their very best to solve the problem (replacement delivery, return, etc.) Please quote the operation number or delivery note number so that we can give you the best possible service. In case of a quality problem, we need more information from you: preferably a detailed description of the problem (printer, adjustment, label material, application), the lot number of the affected ribbon and at any rate a sample that shows the problem. Please understand that we can only accept return shipments that have been announced to and agreed upon by our sales team.
